He studied law and started his career at Procter & Gamble and has worked in various positions in marketing, sales and media. During his career to date, he has successfully set up and lead companies as an entrepreneur.

Jolanda de Ridder
Jolanda works as an international coach, consultant and facilitator with the focus on leadership. Her passion is to guide leaders, teams and organizations in change. Thanks to her cordial and enthusiastic personality and energetic working method, she knows how to achieve great motivation and high commitment among her clients.

She has gained extensive experience in her career, starting with Capgemini in the Netherlands. There she developed soft skill programs for IT experts and became an IT professional. This success led to various roles within Capgemini for 14 years, after which she decided to continue her career at Schouten Global. Within Schouten Global she has worked as a Senior Consultant for organizational change in large international companies and projects.

During her career, Jolanda’s focus is on training, coaching and organizational change. In this she has gained extensive experience and quickly feels at home in many markets. She is certified as stress and burnout coach, inter-cultural sensitivity and communication, leadership development (including the Leadership Circle Profile) and developmental assessments (Insights) for senior management.
Today, Jolanda works as an independent coach for clients in different parts of the world. Her international experience has made her an expert as an intercultural consultant and trainer. Jolanda also has extensive experience in setting up, facilitating and executing intercultural change processes in combination with training and leadership programs.

Jolanda’s own life story is in itself an intercultural experience. She was born in Amsterdam, raised in Canada and the United States and studied Social Work in the Netherlands. As a result, she brings her unique life and work experience from different cultures into her current projects.
